• If you cancel your reservation within 21 days before your arrival you will get back a full refund of your deposit.
• The arrival time is from 14:00 to 00:00. In case you arrive earlier and your rooms aren't ready we can keep your luggage .
• The departure time is by 12 noon. If you want to have your room by 18:00pm there will be a charge of 50%. After 6 pm an entire charge is subject to availability.
• Pets are not allowed at the Hotel (there are no suitable sites).
• Guests who have not been declared at the reception desk are not allowed to remain in the rooms.
• We accept credit cards: VISA by EUROBANK.
